Care Instructions

Good skincare isn't just about picking the right products how you use and store them matters just as much. These simple guidelines will help you get the most out of every product, keep them lasting longer, and make sure your skin stays happy throughout the process.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind Before You Start

Start with clean, dry skin before applying anything (unless a product says otherwise). A little goes a long way you don't need to pile products on to see results. Consistency with a small amount beats occasional heavy application every time. And give each product a moment to actually sink in before layering the next one on top.

As a general rule, work through your routine in this order: Cleanser → Toner → Serum → Moisturizer → Treatments or Oils.

Storing Your Products

Keep everything somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. Bathrooms can get steamy and warm, which isn't ideal especially if ventilation isn't great. Always make sure lids are properly closed after use, and store products somewhere out of reach of children and pets.

New Product? Do a Patch Test First

Before working any new product into your routine, test it on a small patch of skin first behind your ear or on your inner wrist works well. Give it 24 hours and see how your skin responds. If you notice any redness, itching, or irritation, stop using it right away.

How Often Should You Use Each Product?

Stick to what's recommended for each product. Stronger ingredients like retinol or exfoliating acids are usually best used at night and don't need to be applied every single day — especially when you're just starting out. And be careful about mixing multiple strong actives together unless you've been advised it's safe to do so.

Don't Skip the SPF

Some ingredients make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day is non-negotiable. If you're spending time outdoors, reapply every two to three hours.

Keep It Clean

Wash your hands before touching your products or your face. Try not to let droppers or applicators touch your skin directly it keeps the product fresh and free from bacteria. And please don't share your skincare products with others; it's a hygiene thing.

Check the Expiry Date

Look for the expiry date or the PAO symbol (the little open jar icon) on your packaging it tells you how long a product is good for after opening. Most products hold up well for six to twelve months once opened. If anything starts looking, smelling, or feeling different from when you first opened it, it's time to let it go.
